We will professionally package and deliver your order to your home or office.
We will also send gifts, on your behalf, to your friends, family and even work colleagues, clients or suppliers.
All parcels will have to be signed for, unless, at your own risk, you decide to have them left in a safe location of your choice.
Our couriers will leave your parcel with a neighbour upon our instruction , the person who signs for your order must however be over 18 to take delivery of alcohol, proof of age might be required.
We charge for delivery based on the weight of your order. Typically the charge will be £8.99 for most orders between 2 & 20 Kilograms.
If your parcel weighs slightly over 20 Kilograms we will not usually charge any extra. We do however reserve the right to charge 25p per Kilograms over 20 kilograms in some cases if your order is much heavier than 20 kilograms.
Orders below 2 Kilograms will be flagged by our customer services and a refund or ammendment will be made to your order prior to shipping, so if you think your order will be below 2 kilograms in weight, then please contact us to confirm the delivery charge.
